Welcome to this blog.
Some of the links on this site are “affiliate links.”
This means that I may make a commission — from Amazon, iTunes, or another company — if you buy something through that link. This doesn’t change the price for you; it’s a finder’s fee paid to me by the supplier.
I only recommend things that I use, love, and know how to help someone else understand. If you buy something through a link on this site, and you would like to get some tips on setting it up, or are just curious about best practices, feel free to email me for advice.
If you are curious about how this all works, feel free to ask me. Many bloggers are able to make a good living simply by writing about stuff and affiliate-linking to it. The process is fairly tricky, at first: different companies use a slightly bewildering series of intermediaries and affiliate agents, and I am still figuring it all out myself.
If I start making an income from this site, I will tell my readers in an update.
P.S. Amazon, for instance, asks all affiliate link users to inform their readers of this:
“We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.”
Thanks for reading this page!
In return, can I send you a free book?
I wrote this and I’m pretty proud of it.
